VOLKSWAGEN BANK handles your request and gives you an initial response within 3 hours of sending all required supporting documents to the Bank, provided the request has been sent within working days and hours.
The answer is given electronically through the bank application to the agent to whom you have addressed your request.
The required documents are the following, which can be sent to the Bank via the agent:
· Copy of Identity Card
· Copy of a last use liquidation note
· Recent house phone bill
· Recent pay slip (for employees) or 2 last periodical VAT returns (for self-employed individuals)
Depending on the creditworthiness of the requesting borrower, additional supporting documents may be requested by the Bank.
The monthly repayment of installments happens through DIAS (Interbank Systems SA), as long as the payment bank you choose is contracted.
Upon receipt of your contract, you will find an informative pamphlet with payment methods and detailed instructions, as well as the Full Loan Repayment Program, which shows your specific payment code via DIAS that you will use for payment via web banking / phone banking or direct payment in Alpha Bank registers.
In case you want to make a payment through web banking, you choose "Payments - Other Financial Companies - Volkswagen Bank", using the Payment Code to a Bank, as indicated in the table of your installments of your funding. Alternatively, you also have the secure payment option through a standing order whose activation requires a special code that you will find in the Loan Repayment Program respectively.
Every three months we send you an informational mail for the payments made.
You will need to contact the dealer who purchased your vehicle in order to collect the necessary documents for refinancing.
For partial or full repayment of your Loan, you will need to send your request in writing either through the VOLKSWAGEN BANK site in the "Contact" field or by fax to 210-8925989. After processing your request within two business days, the Bank will send you the total amount to be paid in writing.
After full repayment of your loan, the Bank will send you a letter of redundancy to contact the dealer from where you purchased your vehicle to complete the removal of the retention of title.
VOLKSWAGEN BANK offers you the possibility to pay by credit card in a one-off payment, up to 3 interest-free installments (for six-month contracts) or up to 6 interest-free installments (for annual contracts). The payment can be made through the Bank's website www.vwfs.gr.

In order for the vehicle to be insured it is necessary to pay the premiums no later than 5 working days before the start date of the next insurance period.

The bank will process your request and within 3 working days you will receive relevant information.

For unpaid premiums, you are also required to send the 1st page of your deposit book (in your name, as a beneficiary or co-beneficiary) for the refund.
